Mini Banana Pancakes for Babies (8+ Months)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tsp plain yogurt
  • 3 tsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp melted butter or mild oil like canola or sunflower
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 3 tsp date powder adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add the egg and yogurt. Mix well.
  • Stir in the flour, baking powder, and date powder.
  • Add melted butter or oil and mix until combined.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat.
  • Spoon small rounds of batter into the pan.
  • Cook 1–2 minutes on each side, until golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving to baby.
