Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
Add the egg and yogurt. Mix well.

Stir in the flour, baking powder, and date powder.
Add melted butter or oil and mix until combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat.
Spoon small rounds of batter into the pan.
Cook 1–2 minutes on each side, until golden.
Let cool slightly before serving to baby.
